Construction Manager - Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower Project

The West Virginia University is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk for the Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower Project. The project involves constructing a new tower on the West Side of the stadium, which will include five levels for fan amenities, premium spaces, media spaces, team coaching spaces, and operations, totaling approximately 70,000 gross square feet. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing construction management services, including preconstruction, construction, and project close-out. • The project is expected to start in February 2026 and be completed within 24 months. • The proposer must have experience in construction management, particularly in the higher education sector. • The proposer must provide a detailed proposal, including their approach, team, experience, and costs. • The evaluation criteria will include project approach, project team, project experience, and CM costs and fees.
