The County of Middlesex is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service, automated conveyor‑belt car wash (vacuum, exterior wash, interior/exterior window cleaning) for its fleet of approximately 479 vehicles (131 sedans, 184 SUVs, 92 pickups, 72 minivans). Service must be performed twice per month per vehicle, with detailed vehicle‑tracking and receipt issuance. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month award with an optional 12‑month extension at the original rates. Bids are submitted electronically by October 20, 2026, and the award will be made to the lowest total lump‑sum bidder. The County reserves a 20 % set‑aside for Qualified Business Enterprises.
