8522 SW Decontamination Shelters (R2)

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency is requesting a price quote for four Zumro Shelter Systems, including a Zumro Model 440 Decon System and various accessories. The vendor must provide a quote that includes all the required items and meets the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The vendor will be held to the requirements of F.O.B. Destination as set forth in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Terms and Conditions. • The quote must include the total cost of the items, including shipping costs, which must be listed on a separate line item. • The vendor must complete and attach the GSPUR-89 – Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements and BOP-1307 Lobbying Certification Form with the bid submission. • The equipment must be compatible/interchangeable with pre-existing equipment. • If an item or part number has been discontinued, the vendor must notate this in the response and/or provide the manufacturer’s replacement part/part number.
