NRL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE QXDM Subscription/License

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. for a QXDM 2-5G Yearly License Subscription and Annual Software License Fee. The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of Large. • The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 7A21. • Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement, but the Government may still choose not to conduct a competitive procurement.
