Description
The project involves upgrading the HVAC system distribution pumps and associated components at the East Orange VAMC. The existing pumps are in poor condition and need to be replaced to reduce maintenance time, improve system control, and enhance the distribution of heating and cooling. The contractor shall prepare the site, demolish and remove existing pumps, and furnish labor, materials, and supervision to perform the work according to AE drawings and specifications. The project objective is to replace the existing main Condenser Water Pumps and pumps serving the Operating Room Chiller system.
