Description
Pitt County Schools is seeking a proposal to obtain via purchase: desktops and monitors for the CTE department that meets or exceeds the specifications provided. The proposal should include a quote for 133 desktop computers and 133 computer monitors. The desktops should be Lenovo Thinkstation P3 W880 Desktop Computer or equivalent, and the monitors should be Lenovo 24’ LCD or equivalent. The proposal should also include extended warranty coverage on all desktops through August 2031.
• The desktops should have a minimum of 16GB memory and 512GB SSD storage, and a processor type of Intel i7/Ultra 7 – 11th Gen or newer.
• The monitors should have a minimum screen size of 24’ and a resolution of 1080p or greater.
• The proposal should include all taxes and/or fees, and the items should be bid Freight on Board (FOB), meaning the shipping is prepaid and included in the bid price.
• The bidder should provide three references from public school districts of similar size to which they have provided sales, preparatory services, and warranty support.
• The bidder should be approved by NCDPI on the North Carolina State Contract 204A.
