Description
The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance and repair services for various units located at the CALCTRA Central Office, Business Services Section, Management Information System, and Camp 12/Green Valley Training Center buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing regular quarterly maintenance, annual condenser coil cleaning services, and repairs. The contract term is expected to be for a period of two years with the option to extend for an additional one year.
• Key services include: regular quarterly maintenance, annual condenser coil cleaning, and repairs
• Equipment to be serviced includes various HVAC units from manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, and Fujitsu
• The contractor must have three years of experience with services similar in nature to those identified in the scope of work
• The contractor must provide proof of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and maintain current registration for the duration of the agreement
• The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide certification of insurance
• The contractor must respond to service calls within 24 hours and provide emergency services as needed.
