The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services for various projects, including rehabilitation and improvements to existing facilities. The firm should have experience in construction management and inspection services for wastewater treatment plants, as well as knowledge of wastewater process systems, process mechanical systems, electrical systems, and instrumentation and controls. The City is looking for a firm that can provide effective construction management services, including construction sequencing, shutdown coordination, and maintaining continuous 24/7 wastewater treatment plant operations during construction. • The firm should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management for wastewater treatment plants. • The firm should have a proven track record of providing construction management services for similar projects. • The firm should have a team of experienced professionals, including construction managers, engineers, and inspectors. • The firm should have a comprehensive understanding of wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance. • The firm should have experience with regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
