Request for Proposal, Fixed Base Operator, Farmville Regional Airport

The Town of Farmville is seeking a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to provide aeronautical and support services at the Farmville Regional Airport. The selected FBO will operate under a lease and operating agreement to provide services such as aircraft fueling, parking and tie-down management, terminal operations, and aircraft ground handling. The FBO will also be responsible for complying with airport security and safety regulations. The Town is looking for a proposal that includes a clear and concise description of the services to be provided, a staffing plan, and a financial capability and business plan. • The FBO will be responsible for providing mandatory services such as aircraft fueling and parking and tie-down management • The FBO will also have the opportunity to provide optional services such as aircraft maintenance and avionics services, flight instruction, and charter operations • The Town is seeking a proposal that demonstrates a clear understanding of the needs and objectives of the Town and the Airport • The proposal should include a detailed description of the services to be provided, a staffing plan, and a financial capability and business plan • The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to negotiate the terms of the lease and operating agreement
