Description
The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery Department requires a new contract for Oculus Pentacam Maintenance Service. The selected contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repairs for Oculus Pentacam units located at NMCP and outlying clinics. The contract will include annual preventative maintenance services, corrective maintenance services, and replacement parts. The contractor must be an OEM-certified service provider and have ready access to unique and/or high mortality replacement parts. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing annual preventative maintenance services
* Performing corrective maintenance services
* Replacing worn or defective parts
* Providing software updates
* Maintaining a quality control program
* Providing trained and experienced personnel
* Maintaining base access and security clearances
