Description
The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the central gas train at the Roland Hotel and Casino in Roland, Oklahoma. The project involves replacing the natural gas supply piping within the existing modular central plant, increasing the pipe size, and replacing existing regulators to improve natural gas flow to the existing boilers. The bidder is responsible for coordinating with the owner for required shutdowns, maintaining at least two operational boilers during the work, and protecting all existing finishes, equipment, and openings. The bidder must also provide a valved connection for a future boiler and conduct daily clean-up of their work areas.
• The project requires the replacement of the regulator of Boiler B1 with a new Maxitrol 210G and the regulator of Boiler B2 with an owner-provided Maxitrol 210G.
• The bidder must verify the correct configuration for inlet and outlet pressures for both boilers.
• The bidder is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, overhead, profit, taxes, insurances, and other costs required to complete the project.
• The bidder must provide a separate rate sheet for hourly labor rates, overhead, and profit for contractor-purchased materials and rented equipment.
• The project is tax-exempt, and all material purchases over $500 must be processed through the owner to maintain tax-exempt status.
