R--FACE Family Enrichment (Home-based)

The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Family and Child Education (FACE) Program is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive family engagement and early learning services through its Family Enrichment component. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing a professional development and technical assistance system, conducting on-site technical assistance visits, maintaining a support log, and providing differentiated site support. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have the applicable NAICS code 611710. Key objectives of the contract include: • Develop and implement a comprehensive professional development and technical assistance system • Conduct on-site technical assistance visits for each FACE site annually • Maintain a Family Enrichment Support Log to record all technical assistance provided • Follow BIE-adopted early childhood and family engagement standards and utilize BIE-approved Family Enrichment curriculum • Provide differentiated site support for individual FACE Family Enrichment sites • Collaborate with other contracted partners supporting FACE • Participate in data collection, validation, and reporting activities • Support the mid-year and end-of-year program evaluations • Develop and maintain a Family Enrichment Implementation Guide • Support the integration of local culture and language in all Family Enrichment activities • Integrate the FACE Quality Performance Benchmarks into all Family Enrichment training, site support, and evaluation activities
