Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide translations and tour guide professional systems. The contract is for the provision of Enersound portable translation systems, including the 25-person and 50-person systems, as well as carrying cases and receivers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contract is a micro purchase and will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
• The vendor must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.
• The contract is a requirements contract, and the vendor must review part (B) of the terms and conditions for the requirements contract information.
• The vendor must not deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
• The contract includes the provision of Enersound R-120 FM 20-Channel Digital Receivers.
• The contract includes the provision of Enersound portable translation carrying cases.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and services to fulfill the contract.
• The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the micro purchase agreement.
