Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide curbside management services for commercial ground transportation operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The scope of services includes management and oversight of taxis, limousines, shuttles, rideshare services, and related customer service, traffic control, revenue collection, permitting, dispatching, and operational support. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and secure services that are responsive and sensitive to the needs of all airport customers. Key responsibilities include managing ground transportation loading areas, facilitating the ground transportation needs of the traveling public, monitoring and overseeing services 24/7, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The vendor will be required to manage and staff the Taxi Dispatch Stations, provide adequate staffing and coverage, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor will be responsible for hiring and training personnel, maintaining accurate and detailed records, and providing monthly reports to the City.
• The vendor will be required to comply with the City's rules and regulations, including those related to employee conduct, customer service, and safety.
• The vendor will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, including assisting passengers with baggage and providing information on ground transportation options.
• The vendor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the commercial vehicle hold lots and designated Terminal loading locations.
