IT and Telecom

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide IT and telecom services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will be used to facilitate the procurement of commercial items and services on an as-needed basis. Vendors will be added to the BPA calling list on a rolling basis, and individual call orders will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. The Government intends to establish BPAs with small businesses, and the awards will incorporate provisions and clauses prescribed by the FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS. • The BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring supplies and services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources. • Vendors will be expected to provide their best offer in their bid responses. • The BPA tool does not support reverse auction capability. • Vendors will be notified of new solicitations via email, and they will be expected to submit their bids using an Excel file provided by the Government. • The Government will review and evaluate vendor responses, and the buyer will contact the winning vendor directly to notify them of the award.
