This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and emergency services for overhead sectional and coiling doors across multiple CAL FIRE fire stations in Santa Clara County and neighboring locations. The work includes routine annual maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency response within two business days, parts replacement, removal and disposal, testing, safety compliance, and detailed reporting. The contractor must hold appropriate California State Licensing Board (CSLB) licenses (C61/D28 or C28), be registered with the DIR Public Works Contractor Registration program, and meet small‑business/DVBE participation goals.
