Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for the repair and replacement of piping insulation at the Richmond State Supported Living Center. The contract will cover chill water piping, steam piping, and domestic water piping insulation. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The evaluation criteria will include the bidder's experience, qualifications, and capacity to provide the services described in the IFB.
• The IFB includes several exhibits, such as the HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Contract Affirmations and UTCs, Pricing Sheet, and Bidder Reference and Contractor Qualifications Form.
• The procurement schedule is subject to change, and any events listed after the response deadline will occur at the discretion of HHSC.
• Bidders must ensure their responses are received by HHSC before the response deadline, and late responses will be disqualified.
• The contract term and pricing structure will be determined through the evaluation process.
