Sign Sheeting

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for sign sheeting materials. The contract will be for two years with the option of three one-year renewals. The successful bidder will be required to provide sheeting materials as needed throughout the life of the contract. The materials must meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, and all products must be 3M. The bidder must also certify that they follow all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. • The contract is for sign sheeting materials, including 3M white scotchlite vinyl, 3M black reflective sheeting, and 3M gold scotchlite vinyl sheeting. • The contract term is two years with the option of three one-year renewals. • The bidder must accept credit card payment for any invoice up to $10,000. • The bidder must deliver materials within 60 days of an order being placed.
