On Call Stormwater Management Maintenance

This is an on‑call stormwater management maintenance contract for Washington County, Maryland. The county will issue task orders for a variety of labor, equipment, and material items (e.g., dump trucks, backhoes, silt fences, riprap, native plants) needed to maintain and improve stormwater infrastructure. Bidders must submit price proposals for hourly labor rates, equipment usage, and material quantities. No performance bond is required.
