The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks an offset printer to produce 2,500 “Crossroads” kit folders with specific construction features, UV gloss coating, and die‑cut pockets and tabs. The contractor must handle paper procurement, printing, coating, assembly, and deliver the finished products to an Oklahoma City address by early August, complying with GPO quality‑assurance standards and providing timely proofs and samples.
