Z--CHOH FY26 REPLACE HVAC UNITS IN 4 BLDGS

The National Park Service, Contract Operations (Con Ops), National, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for the replacement of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems in four buildings of the Palisades District, Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park. The work includes removal of the existing systems and furnishing and installation of complete replacement HVAC and ventilation systems, with associated electrical, controls, testing and balancing, and restoration of finishes. • The contract type is firm-fixed-price. • The performance period is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • Construction Wage Rate Requirements (Davis-Bacon) apply. • A bid guarantee is required with each bid, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds before the Notice to Proceed.
