Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center, intends to award a sole source contract for the procurement of Medtronic Bravo Reflux Testing System Recorder and associated service plans. The contract will include accessories, consumables, and warranties. The period of performance will be for 12 months with four option years. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor will be required to provide an order confirmation within four working days of receipt of the delivery order and provide tracking information or use of a website to obtain delivery status and proof of delivery. The contractor will also be required to submit quarterly reports of sales and remit the Service Level Agreement (SLA) fee to the Strategic Acquisition Center.
