JFS - OFA/OCS - Employment Income Verification

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a solution for employment and income verification. The solution must provide online access to real-time employment and income verification data for both traditional employees (W-2) and independent contractors or self-employed individuals (1099). The solution must supply various information, including employer or payer information, employment or engagement details, and income and payment information. The scope of work includes providing a solution that enables staff to determine eligibility efficiently, reduce error rates, preserve program integrity, and support the establishment and collection of child support orders. Key features of the solution include: • Online access to real-time employment and income verification data • Ability to supply various information, including employer or payer information, employment or engagement details, and income and payment information • Ability to support at least 7,000 Agency users, with scalability for future growth and the ability to handle at least 15,000 daily verification requests • Ability to provide customer service and technical assistance with a guaranteed response time to inquiries of 2 hours or less
