Description
Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources is seeking a vendor to provide, bag, transport, and certify the delivery of 250 tons per year of granular fertilizer (N‑P‑K 5‑28‑0) over a five‑year period. The contractor must supply empty bags, handle all labor and equipment for moving the material, weigh and certify shipments, and submit payment prior to weighing, with payment made via ACH within 30 days of each pick‑up. The award will be based on the highest total price submitted, provided the bidder meets all insurance, tax‑exemption, and non‑collusion requirements.
• Supply 250 tons of granular fertilizer annually (total 1,250 tons over five years).
