Description
Yuba‑Sutter Transit Authority seeks a qualified professional firm to provide comprehensive Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services for the new Next Generation Transit Facility (NGTF) in Linda, CA. The contractor will act as the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer, develop and execute a Construction Quality Assurance Plan, conduct on‑site inspections, review submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and produce regular progress and compliance reports throughout the construction phase. The scope includes coordination with the design‑builder, environmental monitoring, and assistance with commissioning and project close‑out, with an initial contract term of three years and an optional one‑year extension.
• Perform on‑site QA inspections, surveys, and material testing verification.
• Review and certify design‑builder submittals, RFIs, and payment applications.
• Deliver monthly progress reports, weekly schedule updates, and final punch‑list coordination.
• Provide optional EarthCam live‑streaming system and support environmental compliance (SWPPP, storm‑water reporting).
• Maintain required licensing, DIR registration, insurance, prevailing‑wage, and Buy‑America certifications.
