Description
The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services for multiple locations. The contract term is two years, beginning on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2028. The vendor will be responsible for providing routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements of HVAC equipment, as well as responding to after-hours service calls. The vendor must have experience with public and/or private sector clients with similar or greater size and complexity to the City of Rocky Mount.
• The scope of work includes preventative maintenance inspection and filters changed, checking unit voltage and record, lubricating motors as required, and checking and adjusting operating and safety controls.
• The vendor must provide labor and material to perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair of all HVAC equipment.
• The vendor must have a good faith effort to solicit minority proposals and to attain the aspirational ten percent (10%) goal.
• The vendor must provide at least three different references for which the company has provided services of similar size and scope to that proposed herein.
