Wraith Maintenance Renewal

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is seeking to procure a 1-year maintenance package, warranty extension, and tech refresh for F-35 Desktop HOTAS systems from Wraith Systems. The maintenance package will include repairing and/or replacing normal use damage and defects, as well as providing new firmware and software updates to existing HOTAS. The procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis, as Wraith Systems is the only manufacturer able to fulfill this requirement. The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price, and the anticipated contract cost/price is to be determined fair and reasonable in accordance with RFO Subpart 15.4. • The procurement is for a 1-year maintenance package, warranty extension, and tech refresh for F-35 Desktop HOTAS systems. • The maintenance package will include repairing and/or replacing normal use damage and defects. • The tech refresh program will cover new firmware and software updates to existing HOTAS. • The procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis, as Wraith Systems is the only manufacturer able to fulfill this requirement. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price.
