The U.S. Department of the Army is seeking industry input on transportation services to support Joint Exercise Angkor Sentinel 2027 in Cambodia. The effort will move roughly 100 U.S. personnel and their gear between Phnom Penh International Airport (KTI), a hotel in Phnom Penh, and the PKO Training Center in Kampong Speu. The contractor must provide climate‑controlled charter buses (40‑50 passenger capacity) and 9‑passenger vans, with 24‑hour driver/translator availability, Defense Base Act insurance, and full operational support (fuel, maintenance, lodging, permits, etc.). Creative cost‑saving concepts such as “Accordion” scaling (adjusting fleet size to flight arrivals) and “Dual‑Hat” driver‑translators are encouraged.
