Towing Services for Junk and Abandoned Vehicles

The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to provide towing services for junk and abandoned vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for removing vehicles from private and public property, storing them, and collecting statutory towing and storage fees from the owner of record. The contractor must have a minimum of two Class A wreckers and one Class B wrecker, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, with the option for renewal. • The contractor must have a valid and current Seminole County Business Tax Receipt. • The contractor must have a minimum of two Class A wreckers and one Class B wrecker. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must have a storage facility available for junk vehicle storage. • The contractor must allow personal property to be removed from the stored junk vehicle in accordance with all Florida Statutes and Seminole County Ordinances.
