Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to provide TeamViewer software licenses and associated support services for a three‑year period. The contract will cover approximately 20,000 managed devices (Windows computers and Android devices) and includes integration with the County’s Microsoft Intune environment, Level 1 help‑desk support, and ongoing maintenance and updates. Vendors must submit sealed bids with pricing for each year and certify non‑collusion, ethics, and E‑Verify compliance.
• Supply of ~20,000 TeamViewer licenses (Tensor Agents, Integration Add‑on Enterprise, Conditional Access Standard Routers).
• Provide multi‑year (3‑year) support, including implementation, integration with Microsoft Intune, and Level 1 ticket handling.
• Submit a complete bid package (pricing for Years 1‑3, references, ethics affidavit, contractor affidavit) by the revised deadline of August 14 2026.
• Award will be based on lowest responsive and responsible bid; no bid bonds required.
• Vendor must acknowledge both addenda #1 and #2 in the bid package.
