Shelby County is seeking a cloud‑based Unified Communications‑as‑a‑Service (UCaaS) platform to replace its current RingCentral system. The contract will provide a large‑scale subscription for 5,500 primary seats plus a suite of additional voice, SMS, device, and professional‑service components, with an initial 12‑month service period and up to two one‑year renewal options.
