Citrus Building Tenant Improvements

The City of Santa Clarita is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform tenant improvements at the 26330 Citrus Street building for a new public television studio. The scope of work includes demolition of existing offices, new structural improvements to support stage lighting grid, and installation of a new AC unit on the roof. The area of new improvements is approximately 4,400 square feet. • The bid must include all required documents, including a proposal form, notice to bidders, alternate bid schedule, and bidder's information and certification. • The contractor must be properly licensed and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and compliance monitoring by the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and labor and material bond. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bid.
