Webb County is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive vehicle leasing services and fleet management solutions. The selected vendor will furnish civilian and police package vehicles and heavy equipment through leasing arrangements. The vendor should provide a cost-effective and efficient program that ensures safe, reliable, and well-maintained vehicles to support County operations. Some key aspects of the proposal include: • Vehicle inventory, lease status, mileage tracking, and maintenance schedules • Cost summaries, fuel usage data, and performance reports • Downloadable and customizable dashboards for budgeting, compliance, and performance evaluation • Regular reporting and consultation to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement • Detailed, itemized maintenance and repair cost reporting for transparency and budget compliance • End-of-lease vehicle remarketing and resale management to maximize residual value recovery • Application of earned equity (net resale proceeds) toward reducing new lease rates on replacement vehicles The County encourages all Small Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, and Women’s Business Enterprises to participate in this solicitation.
