The City of Avondale is seeking a qualified consulting engineer to provide program management services for the design and construction of multiple PFAS treatment facilities. The selected firm will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the project, including designing, permitting, constructing, and commissioning the facilities. The project is expected to last approximately 48 months, with a total estimated construction cost of $150,000,000.
