The Brandywine Community Schools are seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to construct a Performing Arts Center at the Brandywine Middle/High School campus in Niles, Michigan. The scope includes all construction work as detailed in the Project Manual, with proposals due by October 13, 2026. A pre‑bid conference is scheduled for September 30, 2026, and attendance is strongly recommended. All bid documents are available through Procore upon request. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder after bid opening on the submission deadline.
