The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (WVSDB), is seeking qualified vendors to supply, install, and commission a comprehensive security camera system for the Romney campus. The scope includes up to 50 interior Meraki‑type dome cameras, 5 exterior dome cameras, and 3 360‑degree multi‑lens cameras, all with advanced analytics, cloud storage, PoE power, and a minimum five‑year software/license package. Vendors must provide all hardware, labor, wiring, mounting, configuration, training, documentation, and warranty support, and must complete the work within a fixed‑period contract of 250 days after award. Bids are due by September 29, 2026, with a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on September 8, 2026.
