The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide non‑personal, firm‑fixed‑price elevator inspection and testing services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System facilities in California. The contractor must be ASME/NAESA‑qualified, perform semi‑annual, annual, 3‑year, and 5‑year inspections, supply calibrated tachometers and dynamometers, and deliver detailed inspection reports and certificates. The contract spans a base year with four optional one‑year renewals, covering approximately 68 elevators across five campuses.
