The California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive suite of laboratory reagents and consumables for a three‑year “as‑needed” purchase order. The contract is all‑or‑none, FOB Destination, and requires brand‑new, current‑model items with full freight included in unit prices. Bidders must submit a detailed price quote and a series of mandatory certifications (small‑business/DVBE, recycled‑content, Darfur Act, GenAI disclosure, Payee Data Record, etc.) via email by the May 5, 2026 deadline.
