Description
The project calls for the replacement of an existing emergency generator and associated automatic transfer switches (ATS) at Clemson University’s Godley Snell facility. The contractor must install a new generator set (MTS) and provide all hardware specified in the attached drawings, delivering a complete, operational emergency power system under a design‑bid‑build contract.
• Remove and dispose of the existing emergency generator and ATS equipment.
• Supply and install a new generator set with integrated MTS per the university’s specifications.
• Provide, install, and test all required wiring, control panels, and ancillary hardware to ensure full system functionality.
• Coordinate with university facilities staff for site access, safety compliance, and final acceptance testing.
