7320--Ventless Griddle

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Ventless Griddle for Nutrition and Food Service at VA Healthcare System – Greater Los Angeles. The scope of work includes providing a ventless griddle and a fire suppression unit. The ventless griddle must be electric, have a 22" x 18" grill area, and have thermostatic controls, self-contained hood system, stainless steel construction, cabinet base with doors, front legs, and rear casters. The fire suppression unit must be a UL-300 Wet Chemical Fire Suppression System or equal and comply with the standards of NFPA 96 and 17a, ISO, and local fire codes.
