The City of Dothan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive lawn‑care services for the HP (Public Works) and DL (Development Services) facilities located at 5679 Montgomery Highway. The contract covers the 2026‑2027 service year and includes a total of 37 scheduled grass cuts, along with ancillary maintenance tasks. This is a Quick‑Quote solicitation, meaning pricing per cut and ancillary services will be quoted directly.
• Grass cutting: 3 cuts in October, 2 in November, 1 each in December, January, February, and weekly cuts March‑September (≈28–30 cuts).
• Additional duties: hedge/shrub trimming, weed control (including “Weed‑eat” applications), debris blow‑off, pine‑straw installation to flower beds twice yearly, and chemical weed treatments on paved areas.
