NUMBER 1 AC PLANT FOUNDATION PARTS

The US Navy is seeking quotes for the supply of pipe covering and sheet insulation for the NUMBER 1 AC PLANT FOUNDATION PARTS. The required items include various sizes of pipe covering and sheet insulation, all of which must be manufactured by K-FLEX LLC or an authorized distributor. The quotes must include the manufacturer, country of origin, and estimated time of arrival. The contractor will be responsible for shipping the items to the US Naval Base in Sasebo, Japan. The Government will not consider the manifest as proof of delivery unless each package can be uniquely identified. • The contractor must provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable. • The contractor must confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo and not Bremerton, Washington. • The Government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical, price, and past performance. • The contractor must sign and return a copy of the contract to the issuing office. • The contractor must furnish and deliver all items set forth in the contract. • The contract will be a firm, fixed price contract.
