Three (3) Year Contract for All Labor, Materials, and Equipment

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a three-year contract to provide annual maintenance on existing chillers at various locations. The contract will include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the maintenance. The bidder will be required to obtain a refrigerant sample and an oil sample from existing chiller units, perform a complete spectrum analysis, and provide a report listing all findings. The bidder will also be required to perform tasks such as chemically cleaning condenser coils, verifying flow-proving devices, and checking refrigerant charge. • The contract will be for a period of three years. • The bidder must hold a current Louisiana State Contractor’s License. • The bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. • The bidder must provide a performance bond in the amount of 10% of the total contract amount. • The bidder must comply with all provisions of Louisiana Law and the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances.
