Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) seeks a qualified contractor to provide third‑party, CAISO‑certified inspection, calibration, and installation services for revenue meters that are part of the State Water Project. Work will be performed across five DWR field divisions (Oroville, Delta, San Luis, San Joaquin, Southern) and includes on‑site calibration, witness inspections, travel, labor, equipment, and optional training. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year agreement with two optional one‑year extensions, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible bid after applying small‑business preferences.
• Perform CAISO‑approved inspections (witness) and calibrations on revenue meters at multiple SWP sites.
• Supply all labor, travel, per‑diem, equipment, subcontracted work, and related costs; submit detailed cost proposals via DWR’s LISP system.
• Maintain active status on the CAISO Authorized Inspectors list and meet insurance, licensing, and compliance requirements (CGL, Workers’ Comp, Auto, E&O, Darfur Act, GenAI disclosure, etc.).
