The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Westminster DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated budget cost is $234,756.00. The contractor will be responsible for performing property sweeping services five times per week and property pressure washing services two times per month. The contractor must utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform property sweeping on paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles. • The contractor will be required to remove oil spills, trash, and debris from paved surfaces. • The contractor will be required to perform property pressure washing services to remove spills, dirt, debris, bird droppings, cobwebs, and stains from paved surfaces. • The contractor will be required to haul away and dispose of all trash and debris offsite. • The contractor will be required to submit a completed Maintenance Log document with each invoice for payment. • The contractor will be required to perform services during non-DMV business hours.
