Natomas Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and provide warranty support for sixteen commercial combi ovens and tilt skillets across district schools for the 2025‑2026 school year. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder through a formal sealed‑bid process. Bidders must submit both a hard‑copy paper bid and a digital copy on a USB flash drive, using the District‑provided Itemized Bid List without alteration. The scope includes provision of a commercial warehouse for receiving and staging equipment, full Rational Certified Installation (including utility connections and start‑up), removal and proper disposal of existing equipment (now clarified as the District’s responsibility per Addendum #1), and compliance with California prevailing‑wage, DIR registration, insurance, and warranty requirements.
