Mt. Pinos Toilet Pumping Services, Los Padres NF

The purpose of this contract is to provide toilet pumping services at various locations on the Mt. Pinos Ranger District. The contractor will be required to service 13 different locations, including campgrounds and trailheads, and provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to pump Forest Service-owned toilets. The contractor must be able to operate in 4WD conditions and navigate Forest Service dirt roads with limited or no cell service. • The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four one-year option periods. • The contractor will be required to submit pricing for all items listed in the Schedule of Items. • The Government will evaluate quotations based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
