The City of Deltona is seeking a qualified respondent to provide comprehensive Broker/Agent Services for health, life/long-term disability, dental, and vision benefits. The respondent must be a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida, independent, and not an employee of any insurance company, third-party administrative agency, or provider network. The scope of work includes providing insurance services for the City's employees.
