Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services seeks a vendor to supply, rent, and refill a comprehensive inventory of medical‑grade oxygen (D‑size, M‑size, M6‑size) and carbon‑dioxide (20 lb) cylinders on an annual basis, with the potential for four additional one‑year extensions. The contract requires 24/7 emergency delivery, compliance with FDA, CGMP, CGA, USP, and NFPA standards, and a robust insurance package. Vendors must be able to provide samples, maintain a local fill location within 100 mi of the county’s central warehouse, and meet strict performance and documentation requirements.
