Description
The Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a qualified contractor to provide elevator inspection services. The contract will include annual, semi-annual, and 30-day follow-up inspections, as well as a five-year full load test for 19 traction and 13 hydraulic elevators. The contractor must be QEI-1 certified and provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. The contract is a base plus four firm-fixed price contract, with a base year period of performance from May 1, 2026, to April 31, 2027.
• The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and registered with the SBA.
• The contractor must provide a printed copy of their ASME QEI-1 certification and SBA SDVOSB certification.
• The contractor must fill out certification data under paragraph (d) on page 29 of the contract.
• Questions must be emailed by March 31, 2026, and responses are due by April 10, 2026.
